Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of the privately operated Pine County Court Docket resource. By browsing the pages or using an available search tool, a visitor accepts these conditions. A person who does not agree to them should not use the service.

NO FCRA USE. Pine County Court Docket is privately operated and has no affiliation with any government agency or court. It is not a consumer reporting agency. Nothing on this service or a linked provider may be used for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance eligibility, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

1. What This Website Is

Pine County Court Docket is a private reference resource. It does not operate the Minnesota court system, store official court files, act as Pine County Court Administration, or file documents. The pages identify publicly available official routes such as MCRO, the Pine court calendar, and the Court Administration counter.

The official custodian for Pine District Court records is the Judicial Branch and local Court Administration. A reference page cannot replace a Register of Actions, an order, a court notice, or a certified copy.

2. Informational Use Only

The material is general information about court-record access in Pine County. It is not an official court communication, an order, or legal advice. Court records are subject to the Minnesota Rules of Public Access, including Rule 8, and official access should be confirmed with the custodian.

Use the information as a starting point and verify a date, document, fee, or case status with Pine County Court Administration or the official Judicial Branch resource that maintains it.

3. Rules for Using This Site

A visitor agrees not to misuse the service or information reached through it.

  • Comply with applicable federal, Minnesota, and local law.
  • Do not harass, threaten, stalk, or harm another person with information from the service.
  • Do not use the resource for a decision restricted by the FCRA.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Do not use automated collection tools against the pages without permission.
  • Do not interfere with the availability or security of the service.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Pine County Court Docket is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not create consumer reports, background reports, credit reports, or profiles about third parties. A visitor may not use the resource, its content, or a linked tool for employment screening, tenant screening, credit eligibility, insurance eligibility, licensing, benefit qualification, or another FCRA-regulated decision.

  • Do not decide whether to hire, retain, or terminate a person.
  • Do not evaluate a renter, resident, or housing applicant.
  • Do not determine creditworthiness or insurance eligibility.
  • Do not make an eligibility decision for a permit, benefit, or program.
  • Do not use the information for any other regulated consumer-reporting purpose.

5. No Legal Advice

No statement on this service creates an attorney-client relationship. Court rules, filing deadlines, pending hearings, and the effect of an order can require advice from a licensed attorney or an official court response. Pine County Court Administration can explain process but cannot provide legal advice.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Courts can change calendars, access settings, fees, addresses, hours, procedures, and online interfaces. A record can be sealed, corrected, updated, or made available differently at a courthouse terminal than it is remotely. The service does not promise that all content or a provider’s result is complete, current, or error free.

MCRO results are unofficial and court dates can change after a calendar PDF is posted. Verify the current Register of Actions, notice, or Court Administration instruction before relying on a court-related detail.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The pages link to Minnesota Judicial Branch resources, city-government sources, statutes, and in some cases outside search services. An external service sets its own access rules, charges, terms, and privacy practices. Pine County Court Docket does not control an external source or guarantee that it remains available.

8. Intellectual Property

The site’s original text, page design, logos, and code are protected by applicable law and belong to Pine County Court Docket or its content partners. Visitors may use the material for personal reference but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative material without permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pine County Court Docket is not liable for a loss, claim, or damage arising from use of the service, content, a linked resource, or a third-party search provider. This includes reliance on an outdated, incomplete, or mismatched court-related result.

10. Indemnification

A visitor agrees to indemnify and hold Pine County Court Docket harmless from claims, actions, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor’s misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota. A dispute arising from use of the service must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Minnesota, subject to any law that requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

The terms may be changed at any time. An updated version becomes effective when posted on this page. Continued use after posting means the visitor accepts the revised terms.
